Participating businesses access the full Your Business Compass Online Course — 85+ lessons across six core modules, with monthly group coaching calls.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES
You receive quarterly impact reports with participant progress, capability outcomes, and economic impact data — ready for board reporting.
LOCAL ACTIVATION
A Compass Guide delivers local activation sessions — bringing the framework to life in the context of your specific business community and region.

Pricing reflects the per-participant course fee less each business's $50 INC gst co-contribution — which ensures commitment and improves completion.

At the end of each quarter and at program completion, you receive a detailed impact report containing:

✓ Self-reported business confidence scores — tracked from the Growth Compass Baseline assessment at enrolment through to ongoing in-course Check-Ins
✓ Consistent reporting on the same 1–3 scale, so genuine before/after progress is measurable, not estimated
✓ Key capability improvements across the six framework areas
✓ Participant stories and specific business outcomes (with consent)
✓ Economic contribution data where measurable
