We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, refunds are available under the following conditions:

- Refund Requests: Must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.

- Refund Amount: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee to cover costs.

- No Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your seat to another participant to attend. Please let us know ASAP at [email protected]
