• With Sponsorship, tickets are priced at $147 inc gst per person, which covers a full day of intensive workshops, expert guidance, catering and invaluable networking opportunities.
• Each event is designed for small groups of minimum 15-20 maximum participants to ensure personalised attention and quality interactions.
• We are actively seeking partnerships with local groups, government agencies, and Regional Development Authorities (RDAs) to subsidise a portion of these costs.
• Our goal is to make the roadshow as accessible as possible to small and micro business owners who are keen to grow their businesses and make a positive impact in their communities.

By handling these details centrally, we can maintain clear communication with attendees and efficiently manage participant information. Here’s how it works:

1. Subsidy Application: If local groups or government bodies offer subsidies, those funds will be paid to us directly. We’ll apply the subsidy to the event cost, so you (the participant) only pays the reduced amount, which is advertised for each individual event. Transparent transaction details will be provided.

2. Ticket Booking: All tickets are booked and paid for directly through Your Business Compass' platform. This keeps participant information secure and well-organised.

3. Ticket Payment: After subsidies are applied, participants pay the remaining balance when booking. This ensures everything is settled ahead of time, allowing us to focus on delivering a great event!

When purchasing a ticket, you accept the following Refund Policy for Your Business Compass Roadshow:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, refunds are available under the following conditions:

- Refund Requests: Must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.

- Refund Amount: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee to cover costs.

- No Refunds: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your seat to another participant to attend. Please let us know ASAP at [email protected]
